- How to use your service?
- Answer: buy 100voice account and use it with our software from PC or Mobile. 100voice integrated
the accounts to be used either on mobile or PC.
- How to set up the computer for better voice quality?
- Answer: After installing 100voice software, press Audio button on the dialer. You will be forwarded to audio wizard which is going to take you through steps to make sure that your audio connects well with our software. If you have Windows firewall ON, make sure it does not block the software right after installing it. Firewall can block audio and cause one way voice.
- How to avoid one way voice?
- Answer: Go to Setting – Control Panel – Windows security – Off the firewall. Make a test call to be sure that audio works well.
- How to buy directly using my credit card?
- Answer: 100voice accept payment from www.paypal.com which can be used with any credit card such as Visa, Master Card , American Express. Etc. if you prefer bank deposit , please contact sales to obtain the bank accounts.
- In case I don’t have credit card, what should I do?
- Answer: Bank transfer.
- How should I know if my mobile support your mobile dialer?
- Answer: Our mobile dialer support most kind of Symbian S60.
- Is the Pc2Phone account rechargeable?
- Answer: All 100voice accounts are rechargeable. You need to purchase reload PIN and recharge your account online.
